Got all the ingredients and mixed it in my vita-mix. Broke my vita-mix. So I'd recommend a handheld blender.

Nah bro, you gotta skip arms one day and use a wire wisk to mix the LBA. Switch arms every 3 minutes and after 45 minutes training arms is done.

For real tho, definitely use the warm-hot water and mix the hydro in it, even if it makes a paste, then add the glycerine. No worries with the beef iso mixes no prob.
