how do i keep my gut down

people ask me when i'm due-lol, i can see my abs it's just my bellie is like bloated looking, i never used gh just lots of food, in the morrning it's not bad but as soon as i eat - BAM THERE IT IS,
what can i do to get it back - i do have alot of curve in my lower spine so may be that has some to do with it- anyway i need help
 
Well...

Lots of big protein drinks can cause this problem - don't know if you use these.

Yuo might try a LOT of SMALL meals spaced every 90 minutes or so, and if you use protein drinks, just sipping on them throughout the day.
 
If it happens as soon as you eat, it could also be a deficiency of digestive enzymes. Most people don't eat enough of the proper foods to keep digestive enzymes at the appropriate level. When the enzymes aren't there, your food will basically cause the stomach to expand because of poor digestion.

Here's a nice supplement with multiple digestive enzymes, plus tons of other shit to make your whole body function better. I saw the ad for this stuff on tv, so I decided to try it. Bloat as son as you eat...

Bloating IMMEDIATELY after eating may not be caused by a deficiency in digestive enzymes.

While salivary amylase starts breaking down carbs, and stomach chemistry (HCl and pepsin) begin to breakdown proteins, the job is completed by enzymes from the pancreas, duodenum, and jejumun. Very little, if any, absorption takes place in the stomach.

How would food "expand" in the stomach while being attacked amylase and stomach chemistry?
 
Hey bolo, my suggestion would be to just eat a little less per sitting. Do you shit every day? I know when I've got to take a poop, my belly will bloat a little. Most likely, it's just genetics and that's the way it is. Some people just have distended stomachs from working their abs and from secondary stimulation from other excersises.
