How long befor workout should I....

How long befor workout should I take my oral for the day. I am taking 25mg ed of D-bol. Thanks for your responces...Killer38....
 
Its halflife is only 4-5 hours so I always spit up the doses throughout the day. Unless you cut a 50mg in half.

If you are only taking it once a day you won't get much from it, when I do dball it is always 2 in am 2 at lunch 2 after dinner and 2 more before bed, IMO you need to keep blood levels high enough and as steady as possible, which is why I do it this way, and it works real well I might add.:D
 
Agreed. Keep the blood levels stable. I like to take every 4 hours.
 
so If i have a 50mg pill of dbol what would you do? split it in half? take one half in the morning and the other before i workout?
 
if you have a 50mg capsule do not try and seperate it cause you wont be able to do it effectively.just take it once a day.you will be fine.i gaurantee that nobody can tell the difference by taking dbol once a day verses splitting it up throughout the day.i have tryed everyway and it never matters..............

I'm curious why you do this. Do you believe there is a limit to how much dbol can be metabolized at once by the body? If so, what is that limit, and what studies show this to be true?
 
thor are you suggesting that you take 80mgs daily of dbol:confused: :eek: plus why would you take it before bed? to me thats a waste and would be more beneficial taking them before a workout. natural test levels peak during sleep if im correct. i opt for two doses a day, maybe three. levels might not be perfectly consistant as taking 5 times a day but your peak levels are a lot higher, something that i think is very important with dbol

it only stays in the bloodstream for a little while, unlike a shot of say test enanthate which will be in the blood for about a week, dbol is only in the blood for hours.
i too would get a sharp knife and split the dose myself, one when you wake up and the other in the evening around training time.

so your saying that i should split my 50mg tab and take it twice aday? would it benefit me more then just taking one pill in the morning?

The anabolic effect is longer than the half-life would suggest. It's not as if once the blood levels drop a bit it's no longer "working". I too have tried every type of dosing protocol and there isn't much or any distinguishable difference in effects.
It might be that taking a larger dose pre-workout is actually better since it might amplify the workout response more i.e. the increased protein synthesis that occurs post-workout.
Most stack with injectables as well so you have high steroid levels round the clock anyway.
