my experience with humlin-r is the less you take the better and the less often you take it the better...i always reserved "r" for the big heavy body part days... back, legs, chest and never went over 10ius post workout.

10ius post workout (30min after)
3 days a week only ...Mon, Wed, Fri
never went more 8 weeks...
