Well their are several IFBB pros here who have posted their diet and given a reasonable look into what sups they take and when they do this everybody calls bullshit because its way less than they take and eat so whats the fucking reason in even asking who takes and eats what.
A Middle weight pro isin't gonna take in nearly what a freak like Kia Green takes in , both are "pros" though. The question is like asking "how heavy is a box of stuff" well how big is the box and what is the "stuff" in it.
I'd say a "pro" eat from 2000 to 10,000 calories a day varying from a lot of carbs to no carbs and a lot of fat to little fat
