How many calories and macro do u think Pros are consuming offseason?

I'm curious, how many calories do pros take offseason? Considering now many Pros are approaching offseason "lean bulk".
 
6743kcal only way to grow no protein all carbs and fat. my friend is a pro.

damn this is a stupid. i depends from person to person sme grow on 3500kvcakl other on 10,000kcal. some get off gear and so on and so on
 
if you believe juan morel he was dieting on 1000 carbs last two weeks and needed 1800 last few days to keep his weight up .

so someone like him who really knows .
 
I know it completely varies on countless things. But I'd also love to hear this, especially from guys who have done some serious competing, of which I know this board has many.
 
In shelbys video thread he says he's doing 4-500g protein 500 carbs and about 150 fat. He seems to be going all out for muscle gain. Comes in about 5500 calories I guess. Probably a little more as I know he doesn't count incidentals like fat in chicken breast and protein in rice etc. That's at a body weight of 240

I feel sorry for that poor bastard, with pro and fats added in that's a lot of calories.

Those who can grow on much less food, are imo more genetically gifted. Eating like a pig is not impressive, its expensive and wasteful.
 
Marcus ruhl claimed to eat 2kg or rice (dry weight) everyday on his bulk.
 
Well their are several IFBB pros here who have posted their diet and given a reasonable look into what sups they take and when they do this everybody calls bullshit because its way less than they take and eat so whats the fucking reason in even asking who takes and eats what.

A Middle weight pro isin't gonna take in nearly what a freak like Kia Green takes in , both are "pros" though. The question is like asking "how heavy is a box of stuff" well how big is the box and what is the "stuff" in it.

I'd say a "pro" eat from 2000 to 10,000 calories a day varying from a lot of carbs to no carbs and a lot of fat to little fat
 
Lets assume he meant the bigger pros

I'd guess fro 5000-8000, marcos would totally vary
