@tom1234 post up a pick of yourself, how far out you are from show, and weight if needing to make weight for a class, and current cardio schedule and type and intensity.Just wondered how many days before a show people stop doing cardio generally?
Anyone ever keep cardio in until the day before the show? Just ramping down the time. On Thursday and Friday just keep it very light and non strenuous to help process the amount of carbohydrates? If travelling, 20 minutes at the hotel for example - Thurs / Fri ?
Yup, that's what I figured. Thank you! Definitely must do a full body pump session on Thursday!I don't see why that should be a problem, some guys will even lift on Thursday to help with the load.
