How much food do you guys put away post workout?

I allways make far better progress when I eat obscene amounts of food post workout... I convinced that meal can make or break big gains.... How much you guys shovel down after some intense training?
 
I like about 1500 cals then a nap for an hour. do this regardles of bulking or cutting
 
100 grms iso/whey, than a meal 1hr later.
 
100-120g carbs, 40-60g prot and some allmonds 2 h before

"How much food do you guys put away post workout?"...Most make fun of me, I would say it's a decent amount to say the least lol.
 
at least 60g protein 100g carbs
 
75g Whey isolate , 50g Karbolin as I'm walking out the gym.

1-1.5 hrs after that, 70g protein , 50g carbs , 30g fat.

I think alot of guys over eat , I'm steadily gaining muscle this way , I personaly can't stomach much more food that that at one sitting.
 
50g whey, 50g complex carbs, 25g simple carbs (fruit)
 
48g protein from whey, 60g carbs from malto,dextro,wms combo shake (480 cals)

an hour later, 70g protein from chicken, 86g carbs from white rice (800 cals)
 
10oz steak, can of spaghetti o's, can of pinto beans, 4 slices 12 grain toast, can of fruit cocktail. I'm bulking now...no more protein drink diet. :)
 
Can of turkey chili, pinto beans, rice and fruit.
 
I usually have a shake first and then about 30 minutes later it is 8oz of lean beef and about 2.5 cups of sweet potatoes.
 
I recently switched back to the anabolic diet and have been making great gains. I workout fasted usually, have a pwo shake of 50pro/70fat and a meal after my shower of 35pro/40fat totalling ~1300cals.
 
5 grilled chicken snack wraps from McDonalds. sometimes. or

a big bowl of chicken, a can of beans, and low carb tortillas. mix it togther and throw some salsa verde on it. eat like 5 of them.:banghead:
 
3 scoops ids waxy maize or 2 scoops vitargo with 3 scoops 100 percent whey then a ahour later eathier the all u can eat sushi buffet on leg day or a chicken breast w 2 cups rice
 
I always have my carbs, pre+during workout. 60grms honey just prior and 40 grms during,[size-on]. to spike insulin, then 100 gms iso whey, than a meal 1hr later, 5eggs and multigrain bread.
 
Currently

200 grams 96/4 lean beef(weight pre cooked)
100 grams dry weight oatmeal
18 grams natural pb

Off season
135 grams crunch berries cereal
200 grams 96/4 lean ground beef

or

200 grams lean beef
with 100 grams fast digesting carbs
 
Right after training: 60 grams whey isolate, 100 grams of carbs (1 low fat pop tart and 5 low fat fig newtons).

2 hrs later. 1/2 rotiserrie chicken with white rice. (My favorite choice)
