I take 50-60g HBCD + 3g salt+ 20g EAA.I go from 20-50g dextrose depending on the workout w/25g whey.

Don't know what brand he uses but I also use 10 grams from True Nutrition (US based company) which contain 5 grams of leucine per 10 grams of EAA.why use 10g of EAA you need about 0.05g of leucine per kg of body weight to maximize protein synthesis so if you weigh e.g. 100kg you need 5g of pure leucine and most EAA on the market has 2g of leucine for every 10g so this

Interested in you expanding upon this. For the record I personally am not the biggest fan of HBCD and for me personally I have found others to work just as well once I worked up to larger amounts slowly.50g Karbolyn + EAA. Karbolyn > HBCD dogshit IDGAF
