If you were a non-competing weightlifter in your 50s and money was no object, how much Gh would you use just for longevity and fat burning purposes? Not like I'm fortunate enough to be in that situation, just wondering about the amounts that other lifters use who do not compete.
 
It I was NOT competing I would run 2-4units of Norditropin or Genos year round.

Playing off the pro wrestler/celebrity thread on here last week, what I can say is that I know a handful of former pro wrestlers who are hall of famers.

Not one of them uses under 5 units daily that is retired. This is prescribed from their doctors so is pharma of course.
 
Running 5-6 IU daily currently. I'd like to try 8-12iu daily, if I could tolerate that much.
 
For longevity and fat burning as you stated, I would go with 2iu first thing in the morning and remain fasted for a while and do some morning cardio with that fasted period.

You'd benefit from the increased igf levels all day as well as get fat mobilization first thing in the morning with your cardio.
 
I'm in that age category ( late 50's ) .

Fat burning and wellness like you is first and foremost on my list.
Price was a second consideration. Running 2 iu day quality TP GH for the last yr has served me very well at at a very affordable low cost per day.
 
At the cost of GH today, money isn’t remotely a concern. Likely just 3-4 IUs, as I can imagine blasting too hard when I reach that age. Not that being in your 50s makes you old but every passing year I think more and more about longevity while doing what we do.
 
20iu a day, not that money is a concern but I feel like I’m spending too much on a hobby

Going forward I would only run a dose that doesn’t destroy my RHR and whatever Jardiance/Acarbose can still control for BG.

Currently only on Berberine because I’m trying to grow but once I get to a maintenance size I’m happy with long term I will bring back in the BG meds and determine the right amount of GH that I can tolerate.

I know a few Canadian guys who are in their 50s that still do. They look great and still thick as fuck. Get your heart scans done. Get your blood work done, get your calcium scores done. If you’re healthy, don’t drink and do rec drugs and ate a clean diet for the last 30 years I don’t see a reason to stop. But if you haven’t been healthy, have blood pressure issues, have some disfunction then obviously you got to be more of a trt and 2iu guy
 
5-6iu's daily.
Did a few blasts of 10iu's a day when I was in my late 20's and the sides were pretty bad. The worst by far was all day lethargy. 5-6iu's would be my sweet spot. If $ were no object dose would not be what I would worry about, quality of product would be. I do think quality has to do with sides to a certain extent.
 
In my 50's I plan to be pure maintenance and longevity, I'd be somewhere between 2 and 5iu's

Under 50, as much as I can afford/tolerate. I'm new to high dose but I ran 20 to 30iu for 5 months recently, also had a previous five week 15iu a day bout with opti's that was probly the most miserable time of my life. It's amazing how much more I can tolerate when I don't have to work and use my hands all day, oh, also when tapering up the dose as sides dissipate.
 
If money was no object object? Probably a vial a day
