I allways make far better progress when I eat obscene amounts of food post workout... I convinced that meal can make or break big gains.... How much you guys shovel down after some intense training?
50g whey, 50g complex carbs, 25g simple carbs (fruit)
10oz steak, can of spaghetti o's, can of pinto beans, 4 slices 12 grain toast, can of fruit cocktail. I'm bulking now...no more protein drink diet.
