How should I mix it up

For some reason I have been paying way to much time reading the "science" of each supposed "supperiortrue workout method"

Some what I think each is alittle full of it, but I can see how something like hst would work.

I am on my first real full fledged cycle with regards to throwing a number of compounds in- aas, gh, peptides etc, and would like to utilize it with training hard, eating to recover/gain, and sleep :cool:

I had alot of respect for phil and dante and there simplistic training style, I mean its true I never have seen a big ass bull that was weak like a preteen.

I have been basically doing razor cuts uht method for the last couple months

Would I be better off just doing dc training? It seems pretty similar as I use the rest pause on what I do now and the isolation exercise following the compound is for the stretch and I throw the static hold at the end.

Thinking of changing it up, maybe be to much volume, its another of razors rehashes of routines from others put together.

Seems kinda like a mesh of dc as well as phil hernon method (from what I have read). Any tried this out for an exnteded time?

Maybe I should not over think things and stick with the old gurus :banghead:
