I had the worst ones I have ever seen as a teenager, like some kind of freak show. Wasted money on lots of creams, none did anything noteworthy. Getting a tan can help make them less noticeable, other than that it just takes time.

Some lotions and things help maybe. But the only scientific way known to get rid of stretch marks is cause teams to the area and let it naturally it rebuilds new skin. So like raw33man said. A Derma Roller is the best solution for the price. But let me tell you, it hurts like a bitch if done correctly. About any muscle head that's though as they come will whence and tear up. But it works. Just make sure the depth into the skin is correct. The needles on the Derma Roller must be at least .03mm long to get deep enough in the skin.
So if you go to say...Walgreens....and by one they are usually only .01-.02 so they won't reach the depth you need.
Just saying. My wife is an Esthetician and that's what she does.

Ive actually been using Tretinoin .1% and it's actually caused fading. Just my two cents.

Subbed.. I have found zero luck with any OTC treatments, I have some pretty bad marks in my armpit/delt area.

What I find helps minimize new ones is moisturizing before and after a workout. Keeps the skin soft and elastic...no real science behind this, hell it could be placebo, but worth a shot.

My wife used it with pretty good success after having the babies, and she would use a cream from the store afterwards too. I think that the derma roller was the biggest reason the cream worked, as all those tiny puncture marks likely helped increase the absorption rate.

I just heard a podcast where Charles Poliquin mentioned Maurio di pasquale telling him about gotu kola, apparently 6 months is needed to see results with the capsules and 2-3 months with the cream. Capsule dosage was 2 caps 3 times daily, apparently expect zero results till the 6month mark, possibly a saturation period it can help tighten loose skin as well apparently. I figure why not it's dirt cheap like $6 a bottle from swanson, Nature's way brand.
