How to Keep Blood Glucose In check on GH?

My fasting glucose (on GH) on the OTC supps mentioned above was still around 95-97. Tested it a few times for blood work.

When tested with metformin, it was 76. I'll probably never use the OTC stuff again. Just didn't work for me.

Same here.
Shit even while crushing carbs while using metformin 500-1000mg a day I can't ever get it over 100

Honestly, I'm making it up as I go. Scott Stevenson works with me for prep, so I didn't want to go against his instructions.

I played with Metformin a few times for the blood work. Simply put... OTC made no difference. Berberine, r-ALA, etc... NOTHING. Metformin made a drastic change in fasting blood work. I stopped dieting a few weeks ago, and have been on a cruise period since, still using GH.

If I have a heavy carb meal without Metformin, I feel bogged down. With Metformin, I feel great. I'll most likely incorporate it on training days, as those are my "carb days", along with my cheat days. Non-training days are keto.

I have used it in off season and it def helps me stay leaner with gh in the equation. I have also used now while contest dieting w/ gh and believe it has made the leaning out process easier. The only thing I'm worried about going into the final stretch is the carb up process. Leave in or take out? Not sure. Bc theoretically it could inhibit the carb up process...I'm leaning towards pulling it a week out.

Same way 500-1000mg a day. No specific dosing time. Just when I am in the kitchen a remember to take it...with a 6 hr half life timing doesn't matter much. At least I never saw a difference taking it right before a meal or two hrs before one. BG reading were consistent regardless.
