How to reduce beta amyloid plaque accumulation?

No, I'm asking how people who use tren and deca can have some neuro protection when using them, since they can cause build up.

Omega 3’s, sulforaphane, curcumin, magnesium l-threonate, alpha gpc, and lions mane come to mind.

If you got a brain worth using; then don't play lab rat with those drugs

If you're dumb as a peanut like most guys taking this stuff in local gyms; then the difference should be negligible

Too late for that sage advice. I wish I had the brain I used to have, before taking so many steroids and stimulants and benzodiazepines and other drugs. But then I wouldn't have had all the experiences that I've had, the good and bad and terrific and horrific. Everybody has to make their own decision on whether to stay healthy and safe but boring, or to spin the wheel and take your chances, and see how it plays out. Some of us choose wisely, some unwisely.

Reminds me of Merlin and Arthur in "Excalibur":

Merlin: Looking at the cake is like looking at the future, until you've tasted it what do you really know? And then, of course, it's too late.

[Arthur takes a bite]

Merlin: Too late.

What are ways to reduce this when using 19 nors?

Add testosterone or a DHT derivative to your cycle.

Ginkgo Biloba, Vitamin D, Curcumin, Omega 3 (fish/krill oil).

Good diet including foods such as blueberries, acai berries, goji berries, dark chocolate and avocados.

All of those experiences led to you being here, and writing about it

Maybe 1 guy might read them, and become more conservative with his usage, and lead a healthier life

A Butterfly effect that carries on

Dementia is multifactorial, in which isn't limited to one biological mediator. Strategically targeting a pathophysiological detriment isn't as simple as popping a couple pills here there.

Although if I was to hyperfixate upon one targeting aspect would be reducing the amount of mitochondrion calcium (Ca2+) influx

Anabolics has the propensity to increase Ca2+.

What's in your APOE (2/3/4) genetic susceptibility, purportedly plays a pivotal role too.

Marijuana or CBD (if mj is illegal), COFFEE, omega 3 (DHA), DARK chocolate (70%+ cocoa). RAD140, DHT roids, blueberries, red wine, turmeric, taurine

Its curious how people nowadays are so worried by this and that but people that abused peds in the 80s and 90s are still healthy.... And none of them used any supplement....

And btw, the only neuroprotective substance that we all know to be really effective is called "estrogens".

AD and dementia are starting to be referred to as "type 3" diabetes... so there's that
