How to run ECA stack

I read about the ECA stack but dont know the dosages of each. FOr those that have had good luck with ECA, how much did you use and how often (Once a day twice....)...Thanks KS

It still comes down to the fact that everyone is diff. and will react diff. to diff. substances etc....

Some can handle high dosages and some can't take low dosages w/out unwanted side effects.

Trial and error in the lower end works/teaches most what works for them.

Start low , 12.5mg Ephedrine , 100mg Caffine and 81mg Asprine , see what that does for ya , then if you don't see much double it , I take that stack (half dose) 4-5 times a days depending on what i'm doing .

I've always used 25mg ephedrine/200mg caffeine/81mg aspirin 2-3X per day. Lately I've been adding 5mg yohimbine HCL to two of the doses with great results.
