When following Dan Duchaines Body opus or Dave Palumbos diet, its very easy to lose weight as your water levels get depleted in your fat cells and muscle cells but when introducing carbs back to the diet it has a serious rebound affect and you can even get heavier than you started off.
How do you guys that prefer the keto diet stay in shape when you come off the keto diet? Do you introduce only oats and sweet potatoes to start with and carb cycle or do you carry on keto style with more carb loading or cheating days?
