Just picked up some liquid fish oil. The brand is barleans and says 1500mg epa/dha per serving. Hopefully it is good. Never done the liquid before

Just tried it. Took 2 tbsp. It taste like key lime yogurt. Not bad at all. It is 910 mg EPA and 590 mg DHA per tbsp.

I'm willing to bet the numbers you are giving us are per TSP. You probably just took 6 servings.

Interesting...I looked a fish oil up on their site and it was by the tsp...so much more concentrated. You're right though.

Carlsons is by the tsp too...and very concentrated. 3900 epa and dha per TBSP. 4800 total omega 3s. I don't know which is better(mainly because I don't know how high quality Barlean's is) but I love Carlson's and much more bang for your buck imo.

BTW....I take 1tbsp twice daily at the moment. Kinda experimenting but in the future, I might take it down to 1tbsp total.

And I believe at the local Whole Foods this same product is almost $60.

I will look into ordering some carlsons then definitely. This liquid is a nice change from burping up the soft gels. I'll finish taking this though. Probably only last me a couple weeks if I'm lucky

I'm actually working on 1mg epa and 1mg dha (but 1,000mg capsule) that I can sell to this fool. Actually maybe I'll make it a 1500mg or 3000mg capsule. It'll be worthless but this sheep will buy it because an ifbb pro said "3 grams fish oil".
