Day 1 Chest/triceps
Day 2 Back/biceps
Day 3 Delts
Day 4 Legs/calves
Day 5 off
Day 6 Repeat

Each body part is hit every 6 days

Not including sets reps and all that stuff, just want to know if this is a good way to split up your body parts. working synergistic muscles together prevents overlap. However i find that working chest then tri's does not allow me to push as much weight when i get to triceps, i am already fatigued. does this matter? same thing goes for back and biceps.

Most will say you need more time off, but if you are bulking and your nutrition/rest are sufficient for recovery I see no problem.. my current bulk is almost the same.. chest, back, delt/trap, bi/tri, legs, off, repeat. Bulking at 20xlb bw and at least 1.5g protein/lb and seeing no problems so far.

I do a 3on/1off/2on/1off repeat that.
So like

Back
Chest/Tris
OFF
Quads/Calves/Hams
Delts
Biceps/Abs
OFF

Switch up my whole work out to make sure I get a better leg work in... and make sure I get it!!!

5on 2 off

Legs
Bi/tri
Back
Chest
shoulders

Rest
rest
repeat

thanks for the replys.

So does "Over lap" matter? ex. you hit back then the next day you hit biceps. your biceps are still sore from doing back, so would you be overtrainning your biceps? any insight apreciated

Everyones body is different Im sure the members above have tried and tested there routines to find what works

what seems to work for many bros is BIG A's Growth Principles for beginners

Or you could try

Chest/Tri
Back/ Bi
Rest cardio
Shoulder
Legs
Rest Cardio
Repeat

I think its better to break up the workout schedule this is not work your workout days do not need to be in a straight row mon-fri ...

Your routine needs to maximize your recovery abilities so that you can make solid progress, in mass , strength

My favorite split is chest/bis, legs, off, delts/tris, back/rear delts, off, repeat.

I really like working biceps with chest because they are stronger than if I trained them after back. You get at least two days off between hitting a muscle this way.

I will start back on my 6 day routine soon.

Chest and Tri
Quads and Calves
Back and Biceps
Shoulders and Traps
Hamstrings and Calves
Biceps and Triceps
Rest

It does not matter about weight it is about getting the maximum amount of blood volume in the muscle and allowing the muscle to expand.

Can you explain the last part a little more in depth please? I'm interested. I thought weight was also relevant though..maybe a little at least? Also if anyone else wants to chime in on this too, you can.

Look Up FST-7 Hany Rambod- To get fascia to expand and to allow muscle to grow you need the maximum amount of blood flow and hydration to the muscle. You completely deplete that muscle and starve it to grow decent weight is used but does not have to be super heavy weights. Super heavy weight with real low reps seems to be old school. If you look up the FST-7 and read around on Hany's website a bit you will understand better.
