I never take fats the days i am on insulin becouse you can assimilate the fat even if you are taken gh, take the exact amount of fats in your diet and calculate your carbs too.

i think u read it wrong, take fats in again about 2-4 hours after the shot, whenever it is cleared from ur bloodstream
