i am insulin sesitive as a mofo, if i go over 8iu i go hypo... even with a boat load of carbs in me.....
best protocal for gh and slin i have done is 2-5 iu slin (log) morn with the same of gh, and then again post workout, 5 days a week... i dont lose sensitivity to the slin and stay anti catabolic all day...
the morn shots are good, early in the morn the body is in a catabolic state from the lack of food and long sleep, the first thing you want to do is get it out of that state. later in the day your body already has a lot of natural insulin runnin through it so the shots arnt necessary(for me)...
now let me say this, i do not put on fat easily, i can take a slin shot and grub a hamburger and fries right after every day for a week and get bigger and leaner.. so this may not be the best for most....
