Since GH lessens insulin sensativity, has anyone bumped their Humalog PWO dose up to maybe 15iu. 10iu doesnt seem to be hitting me as hard as i remember and the gains arent as good. what do you think?

Are you also using anything else along with hgh? When you say 10iu doesnt hit you, are you talking about HGH or Insulin?
 
Humalog remains active for about 2 hours...
Let's say you're eating about 150 g carbs and 100 g protein during that time frame (typical for PWO).
If you follow the 1 IU per 10 g carb/pro, I don't see what 10 IU will do for you, GH or not...
 
I use 20iu slin PWO.
 
Everyone is different. For some people 10iu would be enough, for some it would be 20-30iu to get the same effects.
 
damn, you bros can handle a lot of insulin...

i am insulin sesitive as a mofo, if i go over 8iu i go hypo... even with a boat load of carbs in me.....

best protocal for gh and slin i have done is 2-5 iu slin (log) morn with the same of gh, and then again post workout, 5 days a week... i dont lose sensitivity to the slin and stay anti catabolic all day...

the morn shots are good, early in the morn the body is in a catabolic state from the lack of food and long sleep, the first thing you want to do is get it out of that state. later in the day your body already has a lot of natural insulin runnin through it so the shots arnt necessary(for me)...

now let me say this, i do not put on fat easily, i can take a slin shot and grub a hamburger and fries right after every day for a week and get bigger and leaner.. so this may not be the best for most....

That is because you have your diet and nutrition in check km2000. That is scary that you guys are using that much slin "to get results" those are type 2 diabetic ranges and if you "need" to take 20 ius pwo you have some serious insulin sensitivity issues.

A guy I know is like KM and can only take 5ius max (with or without gh)without having to cram 250 grams carbs + to keep blood glucose from crashing.

i think my insulin sensativity isnt so great because i eat a ton of junk food, sugars, high fats... all offseason. Big Macs, tons of cookies, tons of juice, etc...... im MUCH more sensative precontest. Probably one reason i grow into my competition weight. I SHOULD back down the simple carbs and increase it to enhance my offseason... but i love junk hehe:D
