WHAT IS ONES OPINION ON THE TIME DIFFERENCE OF THESE TWO? I HAVE LOOKED IT UP AND HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF HUMALIN R (TAKE A SHOT AND WAIT 20 MINUTES DRINK CARB /PROTEIN SHAKE YADA YADA YADA) BUT, IF ONE HAS ACCESS TO HUMALOG, WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES IN TIME AND CONSUMPTION OF NUTRIENTS. I KNOW HUMALOG ACTS IN ABOUT 5-15 MINUTES BUT, HAS ANYONE HAD GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THE HUMALOG??? THINKING OF JUST STAYING WITH R VERSION. LETS HEAR IT GUYS!!!!!!!!

log

I like log for following reason, it's in and out of your system so much faster, in terms of amount of carbs etc.. about the same as for R, BUT log comes on VERY VERY VERY fast, you almost have to eat and shot or shot well your eating, for me. Also i can take 15ius of R without any problems, for log i find 10ius is about my max, just bit harder to control blood sugar as it comes on so fast.

I would not use log if your a 1st timmer w/ slin

I did following :

Shoot log, take whey/dextrose mix with amount of carbs you need, 1H later eat normal meal for me, about 10oz meat and 10oz of complex carbs, then eat again about 1.5 after that, all these meals i eat very clean to avoid any extra fat. For me peaks were at about 10min and again about 1H later.
