So whenever I try to lean down and go low carb...if I drink an extremely high caffeinated pre-workout or energy drink like a Speed Stack...shortly their after I get hypoglycemic and need to hit the carbs fast. In contrast, if I just stick with coffee then no hypoglycemia.
