Assuming one is not pre-diabetic and not using insulin can you actually go hypo from fasting or training fasted only on bcaa/eaa?
i did a 24 hour fast to see what would happen and i never went hypo. i always confused hunger for going hypo because my body is used to eating every 2-3 hours. now that i am backing off from the whole training/eating/gear and just enjoying training i would not like to eat that often.
did i not go hypo because the body can auto-regulate glucose and pull from liver/glycogen?
