The only thing I have changed in the last week and a half is adding T3 at 50mcg a day. I feel hungry all the time, and wake up consistently at 2am starving at which point I drink 2 scoops of protein in water and eat a tablespoon of almond butter. I am 5'7" 206#'s first thing in the am
My typical day looks like this
Meal 1(right after am cardio)
-10 egg whites 30grams Carbs from oatmeal
Meal 2
-10 egg whites 2 tablespoons almond butter
Meal 3
- 10oz lean sirloin 50grams carbs brown rice
Meal 4 10oz chicken breast 50 grams of carbs oatmeal
Meal 5 after training
3scoops protien powder and 2 scoops Vitargo
Meal 6
12oz Tilapia 1 or 2 cups asparagus.
Bottom line is I am freaking starving!!!!!!!
