my diet consist of eqq beaters, oats, chicken breast and brown rice. 6 meals a day. I feel great and energetic 45 minutes to an hour after these meals. I use evening primrose oil and omega-3 pills for necessary fatty acids.
I am a satellite installer. even though I am my own supervisor and I am out there by myself. I find it hard sometimes to make myself shutdown for the 15 to 20 minutes it takes to eat my meals at the proper times, when I am in the middle of an install. the sooner I get my installs done, the sooner I go home.
I would love the convenience of an mrp, or even replace the chicken for a protein shake and keep the brown rice, to save a little time.
but for me, mrps and protein shakes(whey or casein) makes me very tired or irritable or sleepy, 45 minutes later. it seems to me that the brown rice would slow the absorbsion of the shake, but it dose'nt

I am also wondering if i stuck with them for a week or 2, would my body adjust to them?
