I just found out that i am Hypoglycimic.
As a bodybuilder Is there something i need to look at?
I was always on the lean side(Ecto-Meso) and i think That hypoglecimia maybe did hinder gains over the years or do play a major role as gaining muscle...
What should i watch for(Diet,training,sleep)
Do i need to train less often? More rest?
Post workout should i eat Low Gi Carbs WITH High GI carbs or just High GI Carbs...
I didnt know why i was feeling tired and sleepy,angry at the world and short fused...
