I'm competing in Aug. and I have read extensively on this and a couple of other boards and can't seen to decide if hgh is worth the money for my contest prep. So would 6iu's a day just help burn fat? Would it help retain muscle while I diet? Would I come in harder and larger? The only thing that appears to be universally agreed on is fat loss. For that in and of itself i'm not sure its worth it. But if I can come in BIGGER and harder it may be. Should igf-1 be used also? Insulin? I appreciate the help guys.
