what are avearge stats or should be for a 5 9" novice or amateur bodybuilder trying to compete.
bdf% - LOW AS POSSIBLE (not trying to be smart-ass )
wieght - Wouldn't want to be smaller than a middleweight. Good height for a light-heavy. If one has a LARGE frame then heavy or Super Heavy! (how's that for being specific?!?!)
chest - At least 48"
arms - 19-20 inch would be good
legs - Big variable based on "frame" and overall size
waist - small as possible (30-32 would be nice if possible)
ya i tried emailing you but i guess your addy changed as i got no response. i have some pics on the fina board to critique the link.
**broken link removed**
mystats:
age 25
wieght 200
bdf 7-8%
arms 18"
chest 46"
waist 30-30.5"
legs 26.5"
so im just want to enter a local novice to get started nothing overwelming. i went to a couple local shows to watch and alot of contestants were a little smaller but bdf was about 4-5%. so i guess i would be at about 190 if i tried. im thinking in another 6 months to work on my weakness's. upper chest,1/2 in on arms and some heavy ab work. ANY OTHER ADVICE WOULD HELP.
i know im not nearly as big as you bros on the board ,but im just starting out.
When prepping for a contest, the focus MUST be how ripped (lean) can I get - not how much weight will I retain. I can tell you now that you'll lose a hell of a lot more weight than expected - don't let it f*ck with your mind though. It's all part of the game
i'm 207 @ 10% now and i put in desired weight at 220 and it gave me measurements smaller than what they are now... is that good..? i would think it is, but my thinking isnt always correct.
