I think its very easy to put on quality lean mass. Alot of guys do the fat blast where they get on a cycle and eat 200-400 grams of protein then carbs and fat dont matter, so its shake and mcdonalds, steak, mashed potatoes, ice cream etc, its similar to a hot wife gaining 40lbs when pregant. It doesnt have to be you put on 20lbs of muscle and 15lbs of fat.
