I saw transformers....

Transformers still haven't been released here, but have to disagree with you, GERM, about Diehard 4... saw it a few days ago and thought it was A DAMN FRIGGING GREAT MOVIE... 2 hours of pure action like I hadn't seen in a while.

Sure B. Willis seemed immortal :p but hey ain't it what makes him the heroe most people would dream of being for a moment to spice their quiet day to day routine? :)

Saw both Die Hard and Transformers and thought they both rocked! But if I had to pick one to see again it would be transformers. There was non stop action, good sound track, cool cars and great battle scenes. I thought the die hard action scenes would be hard to beat but think that Transformers outdid it. The transformers cartoon was a few years before my time so being true to the original was not an issue.

I never watched the cartoon, so Transformers to me was fantastic. I had nothing to pick on it as not being original, etc.

I tried to watch the cartoon a couple of days ago and I couldn't - too cheesy for me. The movie was great if you never saw the cartoon before.

die hard was great i liked it a lot only the scene where he somehow gets on the jet or when he downs the helicopter by jumping out of a speeding car that, by miracle, hits a concrete "jump" so conveniently placed at the end of a tunnel?...

i hate it when they ruin perfectly good action with unrealistic crap like this...

as for transformers it rocked! maybe a little less "romance" and more cool scenes where transformers blow shit up left and right...

also transformers and die hard seem to have the same plot: taking over the computer systems of the USA...on die hard theres this "Warlock" guy who lives with his mom and on transformers we have the same scene only the guy is black & also lives with his mom and is also a comp wiz....alex
