Then pre workout shake with dextrin and more Slin. Walked into the gym with that full pump filling out my 3xl tee to the max. I just fucking love it.

For quality of life, especially as you get older.. fricking love it. Not for everyone as you need to be motivated to do the work and few are but if that's in place...makes life night and day more fun and enjoyable. Peak performance degrades with time but you can slow it and hold on longer for sure.
