I have not eaten a single chicken breast in the past 2 months and I honestly think I look better this time around. In the past I would eat like 5-6 chicken breasts/day but I became so sick of it I decided not to eat any this diet. And so far I'm not missing out on anything!! The lean steak, tuna, and tilapia has me looking harder and denser. I think alot of chicken these days is so packed with rib meat and sodium its not what its cracked up to be. Thats the only conclusion I can come to
