Ingredients -base recipe:
2 bananas - needs to be ripe: brown is best
1-2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
Directions:
1. Stick the bananas in the freezer until frozen. (I keep a permanent stock in there.)
2. Heat them slightly in the microwave, or let them defrost on the kitchen counter - the bananas must still be frozen but soft
3. Peel em and put em in a bowl. Add protein powder..
4. Blend together using a stickmixer. Add a tiny bit of water if its to thick. Freeze additionally if needed
5. (Optional) Add: vanilla extract, instant coffee powder, splenda or nuts for extra taste and calories.
