Heres a little snack before bed to keep the muscle building in your sleep
Off season of course, depending on your carb allowance while dieting.
3 scoops of whey
25 almonds
1 banana
2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
1 tray of ice
8oz of water
You can add some berries if wanted depends on carb allowance and flavor preference.
blend til mixed well and the ice is broken down should look like icecream when you are done, hell should taste like it too.
I put the almonds in to thickin it up some, instead of cream because of my digestive track doesnt seem to process dairy great and I have read dairy before bed creates more fat when sleeping on it then wanted.
Hope you all like this may not be as good for you as I feel it is but I will let all of you judge it and place it in your diet if you choose take care.
