Be careful with using that yoke 2x/wk. That thing can be brutal. If I do it I usually end up somewhere between 7 and 800lbs for a 50' trip. I've been doing 3 days in the gym and one event day per week. I usually hit 3 and sometimes 4 events. Try to get yourself a tire too. Your neighbors will think you are crazy but who gives a shit.
