This would normally be two days worth of lifting but combined it so I can take my family camping. Was awful on three hours of sleep but such is the life of a 12hour+ swing shift worker trying to balance work family and lifting.

Tonight will be squats. Just wanted to update with what I'm doing aas wise and diet wise.
Diet wise for non training days (Sunday/Wednesday/Saturday) my macros are 354protein/80fat/140carbs 2696cals

For training days (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday) it is 386protein/80fat/444carbs 4040cals

Once I hit 250lbs bodyweight I'll add more food until I stop losing weight as I plan to cut water from 250 to 220 in November.

Cycle wise.
Just running 150mg test weekly and 40mg tbol daily (sample from supplysteroidpowder) I started the tbol on Saturday and so far far my arms defniently feel more pumped than usual. I train in four week cycles so it'll be nice to see what it can do on its own with just a trt dose of test. After this cycle I'll be moving into a more aggressive cycle built around Raws from them to finish my cut and start building into my meet.

Tired up at 3am work 12 hours in a hot factory then an hour drive to lift. Time to go sleep by 10:30pm to wake up at 3am and go Bench after another 12.

Plan was formwork sets 425 for five sets of three. That didn't happen. No sleep the night before and long work hours took its toll on me this day. But it is what it is. Lesson learned.

Felt good today. 315-2 was a pr on strict press and done while dieting so that's cool. Incline could've did more but did the first 4 sets all in one go to catch up as I was late. I'm really enjoying the tbol from supplysteroidpowder. I feel like it's just enough to keep my getting some slight gains while cutting right now and keeps my muscles full and pumped.

nice thorough log.... moving some big weight too!! During a cutting phase, goal would be just to maintain the muscle and strength you have. If your bale to gain some some strength at the the same time, that`s f`ing fantastic. I`m glad the tbol is helping, keeping you full. That`s a tough schedule, gotta get your rest.

Of the fullness. And for the rest yea it sucks a bit I have a cpap machine aswell had the nasal pillow switched to full face today so hopefully that starts helping.

Lower volume this week. I based my last three weeks of squatting on a 550 max sleeved although I've done well over a 100 more than that just bring my squat up slowly and surely. Next three weeks will be based on a 565 max and upping slowly. Tomorrow is bench where I will figure my next four week cycle max based on how many reps I get with 425-450 depending on how I feel.

Had an ok training week. Benching has been hard the past couple weeks due to work. The tbol I've been using from supplysteroidpowder has been keeping me nice and full aswell and for sure keeping strength up good. I'm kind of planning a change of pace for a bit I think. I kind of wanna see how lean I can get and put on some good muscle. I had a serious pec tear when I was 19 so as far as bodybuilding goes that would limit that but I'm wanting to go down that path training and eating wise for a while I think. I've switched my diet around a bit which I'll post at some point tonight. Still working on a training split. Cycle wise I just got my Raws from supplysteroidpowder in so I'm thinking something like either 300mg test/900mg eq/600 tren and 100mg anavar four weeks on four off with hgh 15iu three times a week in am with insulin on those days and my-677 nightly. Diet will be This is non lifting days
Meal one is 3scoops protein and 16ounces oj
Meal 2 and 4 are 8ounces chicken broccoli and 1cup rice. 1/2 tsp salt
Meal 3 is 3 scoops protein powder , 1cup oatmeal and 1/8cup brown sugar
Meal five is 6 whole eggs spinach and a 1/4 cup cheese.

Lifting days I'll add one cup oatmeal with 1/8 cup brown sugar to meal one and add another 1/2 cup rice to meals 2/4. The rice is measured dry its the instant white rice.

So a cycle update. Have been on a trt dose of test with 40mg of supplysteroidpowder tbol for three weeks now. Have stayed full and been having pretty good workouts. The last week I'll bump it up to 50mg starting today to finish out with it. Defniently enjoyed it and will use it again. Have been holding strength very well. Afterwards I will be switching my cycle to 250mg test weekly 900mg eq 600mg tren and 100mg var daily. Will also be taking 5iu hgh every day except Monday. Monday I'll be taking 15iu split into three shots with a shot of insulin following each one. Will also be taking 12.5mg mk677 pre bed nightly.
