How’s Leo’s test treating you? Sad to see him go. I’m running 900 of his Test C, just started week 2. Going to get some labs around week 6
Loving Leo's stuff so far. Too bad he left. I just ordered a bunch of masteron,test ,some cheque drops and other various things from MGG so I'll be switching to that next and using some items for this prep

Everything is progressing nicely week to week still. With bench and deadlifts I'll start making smaller jumps from one week to another. The squat for me has always been my nemisis. Last week was my deload so I went two weeks without squatting and for me it's like I forgot how to squat for some reason. So I just didn't set up right with the 630. Next week it'll be there.

My big limiting factor on accessory days is bicep tendon pain from low bar squatting on Monday. So I currently squat low bar with my hands very close. My plan is to remain low bar but widen my grip significantly and see if that helps any.

So the first week of April was awful. Slight knee injury,death in family,flu. So went through the motions last week and back to it this week. I will however not be competing full power in may but instead going push pull (bench and deadlift).
So anyway here we go.

Assistance training is changing a bit. I wasn't feeling recovered from Friday's session when Monday hit so now I'll do my assistance work on Wednesday and Thursday giving me an extra day to recover and do cardio on Friday. That'll change after the meet probably.

Went in did 35 mins cardio. Next week is my deload so I'll go in and do some really high rep stuff and my speed benching and that's it. Afterwards I'll start taking my meet attempts and a slight rest and meet time. 5weeks out tomorrow.

So the point of this week is usually to rest mentally and physically however I've Been considering adding another lifting day during my three on weeks so I figured today would be a good day to try out a session that I want to make my new Friday lifting day. Current routine now is
For three weeks
Monday - heavy flat bench and heavy deadlifts
Wednesday - leg day and back thickness with heavy biceps
Thursday - upper body assistance speed work and rest pause work and high rep biceps.
Now adding
Friday-high rep whole body unilateral work.
After three weeks I deload one week. That's mainly because of my swing shift work schedule but works out nice for me.

Again this will be my Friday workout from now on (this is my deload week currently). I won't be worried about weight on this day if anything I'll add more sets and reps in time. This will be more of a recovery day and working on any imbalances hopefully with the db work.

Also my cycle update
Currently on
900mg test weekly (Leo)
600mg masteron weekly (mygearguru)
Will be adding superdrol this Saturday
5iu daily upon waking grey tops.

I added the masteron in to take place of what would normally be tren (I am trying to avoid taking tren it destroys sleep). So far so good I feel like I'm holding less water than normal and my muscles are getting a fuller rounder look that I don't usually notice while being as heavy as I am currently.

After this meet I want to drastically change my body I think and compete at a lower weight class. I also still need to be able to lift heavy on Mondays though so my plan is as follows.

Saturday/Sunday/Monday
I will eat at it slightly above my maintenance calories these days and not take any DNP so I can be able to lift heavier weights these days.

Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday
I will eat under my maintenance calories and add in DNP on these days

As far as other drugs I'll probably lower my test down to 600mg add in some nolvadex and maybe some anavar( strong maybe here). Not looking to get much stronger during this time I'll just work on adding in more volume. I'll probably use my deload week every fourth week as a week to not take any DNP and just keep my calories low that week. Seems like a good plan for a few months I have to diet.

Diet has been clean but I can't even shit my hand fully when I wake up. Haven't been able to wear my wedding band in about a month. So I'll have six kits that go to waste but it seems I'm just really sensitive to it I guess so oh well.

What kits are you using? Are you doing a bolus dose once daily or are you splitting it up?

Not sure if there is any truth behind this but I have heard splitting dose can help cut back on the water retention. I personally also do a bolus dose but I have been doing it before bed as of lately due to it making me very lathargic if I pin it in morning.
