NExt week I'm going to post some pics, but I'm going to do it differently than everyone else. I'm going to post my pics of what I looked like before football and my injuries and then post pics of me now. Fat and out of shape lol. Since I'm sick I've been sitting here thinking and I can't see any better motivation than this. Have to live up to my expectations then. This way I can chronicle everything in my rebuilding of ARAMGEDDON. Everyone can witness the second coming...LOL
I'm going into detail on this one too. I'll keep track of everything that I eat from chewing gum to water and so on down the line. I'll start another workout log and show the real numbers, even the shitty lifts from start to finish. I'll most likely train DC for 4wks and then 2-3wks volume and rotate that around. I'm going to resume the diet that Skip put together and supplements with be through my design, but I don't know if that will be posted or not. I would have to do faceless pics then. Well I plan to get this rolling on monday, if I'm feeling better.
