what would your daily average intake be in the offseason opposed to your precontest (guestimate if you do not count calories)? I know that it changes daily for some of us, but on average?
Currently I eating 3,500 on average, okay right now I am more like 4,000 plus calories (been doing this for about 2 months now....damn cheat meals), but I start my offseason eating plan (I need routines) on Monday and it will be between 3,000 - 3,500 calories on average of good calories or as I call them - POWER FOODS and will increase if still hungry, trying to listen to the body...hunger is a good thing to me, so I am not afraid to increase or decrease as long as I am putting on new muscle.
Precontest eating is anywhere between 2,000 - 2,700 calories on average per day..usually I am in between that, but depends on the day.
I know counting calories will not make or break us bodybuilders as long as we are monitoring are bodies, but just wondering if you had to guestimate! Lets hear it folks!
