I dated a wannabe model chick when I was a young lad. that relationship fucked up my opinion of women and made me a less trusting person over all.

that industry is all fuckd up IMo. I knew a couple of the photogs and they were would shoot some of the girls portfolio pics for free if they thought the girls would put out. it really disgusted me until I became a photographer.

When my wife gets asked to do a photo shoot, we will go look at the photographers work. If it's average girls trying to be sexy with poor lighting, no way. High quality photographers will produce pics she will be proud to put in her portfolio - Art. A lot of photographers have no talent and just want half naked pics of your lady.

One time she was trying on clothes for a designer and he started saying how hot she was and tried to come on to her. He really did make her feel scared. The guy was a creeper. This was the wake up call for her and she is a state champ blackbelt.

My little sister is an aspiring model and taking creeper photos, it's driving me crazy! Be leary of any solo photographer on craigslist. A company looking for models is best.

I was a model when I was in school, I didn't really care for it, I just can't stand waiting around, so I stuck to being a laborer... I've dated a lot of girls who were models, here and in Mexico, there she was mostly like a product specialist, she worked for Superior beer, Coke, Remy Martin, etc... Here the girls I've dated have done anything from runway to hardcore porn... I've also recently started doing some modeling, first just as a joke, since my younger brother wanted to get into it, I went along to the shoots with him, the photographer shot me and I posted on model mayhem, all of a sudden there was a lot of interest in me... Point is when I was doing this I was married and my now ex-wife had no problem at all with my shooting with other women... (I did a lot of that) like simulated shots, suggestive, even were both of us were nude... It's all in your head... I don't think it ever bothered me for any of my ex-gfs to shoot with other guys... If it did, I've long since outgrown that... Just give it time, soon you'll see how silly you're being...

I'm struggling with this whole thing because my current girlfriend is a model and its notblike her main gig or anything for now but it gets annoying. Sketchy camera men constantly hiting on her, her being suggestively dressed infront of these people and then it just bothers me about the possibility of doing shoots with guys. The last thing I want to see is a picture of my girlfriend wrapped up in some other dudes arms in a magazine or even a photo at all. That thought drives me insane. I told her that if she pursues it any further I'm not comfortable with her being in pictures with other men. Is that unreasonable? Any input on the modeling thing in general. Or the pics with dudes would be greatly appreciated

What's unreasonable to us doesn't matter. What matters is what's unreasonable to you. You do sound a bit insecure, truthfully. Women get hit on, period. It's human nature. What matters is how she reacts and deals with it, because she has no control over whether or not someone approaches her. And honestly, if you come across as a wounded dog (which you are) it's like blood in the water to sharks. There will be guys who don't even WANT your girl who will hit on her just to screw with you, both in and out of the modeling world.

Gotta be honest with you here bud, it sounds like you have some insecurity issues. My girl does modeling and has modeled in Maxim, once for The University girls issue and once just for a normal shoot, not to mention many others.

i go to her shoots and seriously have not met one photographer of hers that isnt gay.... she doen shots with other guys, it means nothing. by the time everything is said and done she is so tired that sex is the last thing on her mind. If u have a problem with guys hitting on ur girl than u need to find an ugly gf.. Bottom line GROW UP AND GET OVER IT or move on from her.

My girl makes 600-800 dollars an hour, plus they provide a room, and literally whatever food and drink we want for the day. its worth the money and she is faithful

The modeling industry has been full of scum bags for years! Shady people in that business! NOW, with that being said. If you trust your girl, then you trust your girl all the way. UNTIL the day comes when you find out different.

My wife is going to be doing her first show soon where she will have on a bikini and up on stage. I know for a fact there will be f@cking pervs snapping pics like crazy while other guys enjoy the beauty of the sport. And yes, that doesn't sit well with me. But I can't go around and check all the guys cameras and delete all the pics. SO, in my head I think to myself, "if this is something she wants to do then I will support her 100% regardless of my thoughts".

So for you, you either support her and trust her. Or you dump her now because you will always be doubting every guys motives and her motives sometimes too. And it will lead to bigger issues later on for sure. Sit down and talk with her and let her know you trust her completely and you support her. And then don't bring it up any more. There are always going to be some guys who will try and hit on her. Sometimes she can put them in their place and other times if she values her career she'll have to just play it off and move on. The thing to remember here is "how does she act upon the guys who come onto her"?

And for the record, there are a ton of lesbian photographers who get into this business to get into other womens panties too. So again, trust her or let her go now before you say or dosomething you'll regret later on. Good luck man.

deal with it man, some of my exs were strippers/nude "models" lol. My current girl/gf is doing the belleza latina thing and always does the modeling. I learned to have thick skin and it doesnt bother me much any more. she will eventually have to take pictures with other men not necessarily in a modeling esque but just in general. I know my girl goes to events/shows whatever the fuck they want to call them and meets and greets etc.

I guess you will have to either cope or just end it. It still bugs me but it . She loves her big monkey as she tells me lol. So for me unless that photog guy is bigger than I don't have a problem lmfao!!
