igf-1 r3 and pgf2a

Does anyone have any expeirence using these products? I know everyone says use growth befor igf-1 but I have been reading stories from people I don;t know and most make it out to be the biggest and baddest thing!! Plus I have used growth and wasn;t to impressed for the money!! Any knowledge/results on this product would be great

Also have been reading alot on pgf2a and its sides sound terrible but I am just wondering if its worth it? Please post if you have first hand experience with these products -thanks
