It really gives me a hypo. A fake one, not as intense as slin. Lethargy is absolutely a big issue. I love do it PWO, with a bit carbs feeding.
like 20g PWO immediately, 20g 30min after, 10g 60min, 10g 90min, 10g 120min. It slowly feeds your body, and keeps your receptors sharp.
