IGF which is best?

there are so many different IGF out there now. i have never used any but wanna give it a try. which is best? thanx.

ima try the pre workout approach my first go, at 40mcg bi.

I always thought that post workout was the way most were doing it. I've been running it post all these years. Mostly get lean on 40mcg bi. I'll give the pre a try. Dat probably has some good info on that.

I've been reading that people's experiences with igf-1 des 1,3 + igf-2 lr3 are blowing everything else out of the water. But, I don't have experience with these. Short term it seems to me (experience) that igf-1 lr3 works like low dose insulin and peg mgf seems to work decently for site enhancement. Next go around I'm gonna try the des and igf-2 mix.
