Why would you care what I put in my body , yes I'm disabled I walk with a cane but if you see my workouts you'd know I'm trying my hardest to live a somewhat normal life .im not small maybey in height.
I'm 5'4 down to 225 pounds bodyfat is a little higher than I'm used to.
what do you want for me to sit home and cry about my life and that I can't do some simple thing like switch a bar at the gym.
Everybody knowse and are happy to help me change a bAr or change the seat level but I can rack the chest machine,the pec deck
Crossovers.
I'm trying to make the best of a bad situation and again this is not what the thread is about.
Also I want to keep lifting because in the bear future I can lose mobility of my legs and be confined in a wheel hear.
I'm going to do what makes me happy ,1 is my girlfriend 2 is the gym and 3 is racing cars.
hate on me if you want to and say nasty things about me .im a man not a kid and nothing will stop me even though develop levels of my neck and back are titanium rods and screws.my friend had a 2 level surgery and doesn't workout anymore.i had from c3 all the way to t2 taken out and cleaned then replaced with titanium rods and screws and they also did a fusion thAt never took.
but can I post without bringing up my injurys for a change it really getting out of hand.if you don't like what I do or who I am then so be it but please don't post in my thread .just skip it .when I'm done dieting ill post a picture for you too see I'm not playing around.
Oh and if your jealous my girl takes care of me then find one for yourself.

Im still with you buddy, this place sometimes makes you feel funny about being honest.
