Implants for GF...need lots of advice ...

She wants to get them done fairly soon. We are still deciding on the doctor. We are located in central Jersey. Im curious what the price range is for a good job? Im guessing 8-10k? Now theres a bunch of questions. It seems universal to go under the muscle. She thinks we are looking at moderate profile, so theyr not too perky or saggy...right in the middle and natural looking. Agree?

Why do they sometimes look like they are too far apart? She wants cleavage and hates when they are too far apart (from pix she looked at). Is this based on the doc or is this something that is just part of it?

Im assuming you should wear a bra most of the time after this so they dont sag right? How long before they really start to sag and have to be redone?

When we went to the doc here that did the wifeys he talked us into over the muscle and then he fit them to her body and had a recommended range of size and wouldn't go over that. durring the surgury he went to the upper limmit and kinda "fit them" to her body , they came out great.

the far between and close issue I belive is really based on what she has now and how her breast are If you go to a plastic surgens web site that has before and after pics you can get a feel for the before and after looks of certain breast types.

My best tips, get the gummi gel ones, go big but let the doc help you decide, and it takes 6 months for them to completly heal and drop and look like they are gonna look like after the procedure

and we full expect all kinda pics.

btw best money I have ever spent cause it really changed how the wife felt about herself thus happy wife-happy life.

Pulling into arm pit is caused from going under the muscle and training on pushing movements. Chest, Shoulder and tri.
Lex was right about getting the gummy bear implants. Cause you can go over and they look totally natural, no bag/ripple showing when she is lean or moves. Less likely to pull into armpit.

If the doc is a good one; he will have all kinds of props of different types/sizes in the office that she can try on that will give you a rough idea of what it is going to look like. Also, once you pick the size you want; go a little bigger. If you don't, I guarantee you she will wish she went bigger once it is all said and done. That is by far the biggest complaint I hear. My best advice though, is make sure you do as much research as you can to find the right doc.

I think C is good. My wife is 5 3, 110. She has varies between large C and D depending on how much she lifts and diets. Sometimes when they are D they look to big, from my point of view and hers. She complains they get in the way, and sometimes get sore or just being that big puts strain on her back. I don't know how that is with implants though vs natural. If getting implants to big will bother her in other ways. Wife and me both like them to stay at C looks good and she feels better when they are at that size. Thats us though, but I would take into account and ask the doc if something to big for someones structure is going to cause back pain or any other issues. Like I said I don't even know if that is a revelant issue with implants.

From the women I've talked to they say they would have gone over and will if they redo them b/c of them slipping into their armpits. Going under makes it easier for mammograms. She shouldn't rush into this, SHE needs to do some research and lots of it.

my gf had under the muscle (4 years ago) and competes in figure. From training she just had to have them redone (2 months ago) b/c they were pushing to the side. She went from saline to silicone and went bigger but stayed under the muscle so she won't train chest anymore.

My gf is 5'4 125 offseason, 103-108 on stage and she has 600cc silicone. Big but she loves them and they don't look THAT big.

Under looks more natural then over, but if she trains hard I think over the muscle is the way to go. Or she can go under and not train chest like my gf.

Ya, the girls I know really don't train chest hard or very much. Just enough to keep everything firm. They went with silicone.

I'll give you my wifes story on her's.

Wife is about 5'10 and had a small A cup. She works out occasionaly.

I must have spent the better part of 100 hrs researching types of implants, over or under, how to go in, etc.

We decided on a doctor locally here in Kansas City, sadly he retired or I would 100% recommend you see him.

The total cost for everything was $6,000.

We decided to go with SILICON gel implants over the muscle and through the nipple.

1.) Silicon is 1000x better the saline. Do not let anyone tell you different. With silicon you will not get rippling at all. And the new gel implants will not burst (as I saw a car driven over the top of one) and leak into the body. If your doctor does not do Silicon, and some may not, our doctor did because he was part of a study to test if they were safe, however i believe the FDA has come back and said they are perfectly safe. Which everyone knew all along!!!!

2.) Always over the muscle. The bodys pectoral and clavical region wasn't meant to be pulled away like that. If you go with Saline there is a chance you will see rippling. With the Silicon NOTTA.

3.) How to go in.....This is very tricky and dependent on the skill of your doctor. Our doctor wanted to go through the nipple. I was extremely concerned as we all have seen Tara Reids screwed up nipples. However he assured me that all he would need is about a 1" incision on the bottom half of each nipple. And sure as hell he somehow got those things in and you would be hard pressed to tell they were ever cut.

4.) As far as size. ALWAYS go bigger then what you originally planned. We went with 400 cc implants. She wanted 300 but I kind of pushed her on the bigger ones. She is so happy she did. She went from a small A to a DD. Understand though her "NATURAL" body shape...ie how far apart they are and other measurements are really needed to know how big she can go without deformity.

Personally I would spend a lot of time looking all over the country. You are going to find excellent doctors in the midwest and I gurantee that the price will be cheaper. Even with air and hotel!!!!! New York / Jersey everything is more expensive.

As far as some of your questions......IE them looking far apart? That was because he didn't measure right and go with the natural lines of the body. He went with either two big or small and implant in diameter.

Bras you will not be allowed to wear and UNDERWIRE bra for some time. Her new boobs will literally sit up around her neck until they "DROP".

Under is not universal. It might be if its with saline as now one wants to see rippling but like I said you can not go better then silicon over the breast. It is basically the real thing.

My friends dad is one of the best in AZ. He studied at UT Southwestern and has a couple of practices out here. His name is Dr. Wesley Wilson. Dr. Shaw is one of the best too. Its worth it (in my opinion) to fly out to a place if you are going to invest that much into something like that....if you can afford to.

my wife is the same size as your girlfriend, same build. she went to a female plastic surgeon who had implants herself. wife wanted a large C but followed the advice of the surgeon and went with a D and is very very happy. we also noticed base on where your at the prices range somewhat. she went to one of the best in the pittsburgh area and it was less the than $6g's. the doctor mentioned that if she had went to a larger area new york/los angeles it would have been closer to $10g. anyways they look amazing and my wife is completely happy. she went under the muscle. after working in a strip club for 5 years i wouldnt recommend any female go over the muscle, those things start to hang after awhile.

I like her just the way she is right now....with no modifications. She's got a cute little body. I wouldn't change a thing.

I told her shes perfect how she is, but she wants them. I want to make her happy and in all honesty i dont MIND them. If it makes her happy...im all for it.

Edge stated that if you go OVER the muscle...they start to "hang"(sag). Is this true? This would be the last thing she would want. Is under the muscle alot less likely to sag?

Dirk you make a great point about going out of the NY/NJ area. Were going to need to do alot more research before deciding on a doctor. Pittsburgh is only 6hrs from here drive, so thats an option.

What exactly is "rippling"? Iv heard saline sits better than silicone and looks and feels more natural?
