Its amazing how important Amino Acids are in your diet. For the longest time i always thought i could get the proper amino acids i needed from my foods and shakes...Not even close. For the last month ive added aminos to each one of my meals and shakes and WOW can i tell a diffrence. I feel stronger, better pumps, i feel like my muscles are fuller. I feel like ive actually added some good lean muscle tissue just from adding aminos. Ill never go without them again ill tell you that much.
