I see all this stuff about food food food...
Well, I just wanted to say that I have a few people bitching at me at the gym that they cannot gain weight and they eat like a horse. I ask them about their water intake, and they say it is good...well what is good 8 8oz glasses...not for the working athlete. Drink a liter before you train a liter during(weight training) and a liter after....not added in with protein, just plain water.
One thing I notice is how LITTLE people drink water. Considering that muscles are 75% water, I would say water is as important as food.
I just wanted to bring this up, because people are always asking about FOOD FOOD FOOD...and they do not take into consideration water consumption.
When you feel dehydrated, your body is already 40%+ dehydrated. So do not let your body get to that point.
