Since our bodies are mostly water, although water based injectibles have a higher risk of bacterial colonization, ALL injectibles & injections should be treated with serious care toward sterility.
so do yall simply just put the solution in the powder, transfer to vial, then put the extra bac water in the vial, hope i dont get infected again, it can be expensive

It depends. Lately the stuff I get the pharmacy already comes in a nice 10ml vial so I just swab the rubber septa with alcohol need to inject the bac.
Previously I used amps and I did what you talked about. Make sure you wash your hands, buy a sterlized vial (or sterilize yourself), use alcohol to wipe down the rubber septa, use a sterile syringe/needle, and dont' touch the needle to anything but the solution, the inside of the amp, or the rubber septa on the vial.
Oh yea, swab your skin with alcohol before you inject and always use a clean needle.
