infection...yikes!

I think i may have an infection in my tricep from a shot I took 4 days ago. My right arm is completely swolen, red, and is very hard to move. Does anyone ahve any experience with how to deal with infections on their own. I was going to order some ciprofloxacin (anti-infection) from Nutri-Vet but wanted to see what you guys would do. Is this something I should just ride out or should I go see a doc. If so, how do I explain this to doc so I will not get into any trouble for using gear. I know they have a confidentiallity agreement but couldn't they contact the authorities if they really wanted to. I thought about telling them I got my arm caught on a rusty nail or something...
any suggestions?

Best advice if the symptoms you describe are accurate is to ride it out, will take almost a week from time of injection.

Don't worry about the doc calling anybody, just be prepared to be lectured to death by him/her about using aas.

i've had a couple of bad shots from time to time... my buttcheeck once had a lump as big as a baseball for 10 freakin' days... it hurt really bad and i could hardly sit... i say as long as it's not hot to the touch, and you don't have a fever or symptoms of a fever, just wait it out and you'll be fine
