So I have been on a Keto diet and carb load on the weekend. Normally by Friday I loose about 5 lbs of water weight from weighing Monday morning. This week I have lost zip with no diet, water intake, etc. changes. The only thing is that I think I pulled a muscle or slightly injured my lower back doing SLDLs on Monday. Could fluid from the inflammation of the injury be causing the issue of not dropping water weight without the carbs this week. The funny thing is that I have actually upped my cardio from 2 days to 4 days a week so I would have thought that I would have lost more weight than normal.
